Bitrix24 on premise editions are ideal for organizations ranging from 50 to 50,000 employees in size. Bitrix24 Enterprise comes with a web clustering module, meaning you can easily scale up from a small trial to a company wide implementation, build high availability failover enterprise portals or deploy independent intranets for each branch, department or subsidiary in your company.
Bitrix24 is a very nice interface, reliable and flexible, maybe to advance, would not recommended for beginners, this is more for large complexed businesses and a large team. I used it for awhile a loved it, I moved onto Zoho, the Bitrix does have a offline version that you can install on a server.
useful for task, never used the other features but works well for me
I use this for front end customer service and billing, free limited but free.
