I use the Zoho CRM, very easy to use but has no offline options
besides the fact it does not have an offline data options it works very well
I wish that all Zoho products was useful in every way but some features do not allow that perfect solution such as there email provider, its either you use there Zoho are not, cannot be combined with outlook in any way.
